Last August 14, 18, 21, and 28, 2021 Bangko Kabayan management initiated a focus group discussion entitled Usapang Kabayan: A Synergy-Building Session to hear everyone’s views on the bank’s current situation and its plans. All employees are divided into seven groups and the FGD made possible via Zoom meeting. The discussion was facilitated by the HR Department together with Coach Mimo Perez, Atty. Aubrey Perez and Ms. Iya Santiago.
Employees actively participated and gave their honest thoughts on the challenges they faced during the pandemic, as well as the CSB and UBP Inv Corp's acquisition and its plans for Bangko Kabayan.
After a month of consolidating and analyzing the data, the FGD revealed three main points: (1) The common challenges faced by BK’s employees; (2) Employees love Bangko Kabayan; and (3) Bangko Kabayan loves its employees.
Bangko Kabayan received the official Seal of Transparency as a symbol of its commitment to fair and transparent pricing.
