On March 17, 2019 at 2:00 in the afternoon, Bangko Kabayan conducted its 62nd Annual Stockholders' Meeting in Callejon, Brgy. Balanga, Ibaan, Batangas. There were 2M stockholders who attended in person and 654k by proxy, representing 96.87%. Also present were members of the BK Board of Directors led by Chairman Maria Teresa M. Ganzon.
