Last May 26-27, 2023, the Training and Development Academy conducted the Bangko Kabayan Sales Bootcamp under the School of Sales and Marketing. The event was held at Le Paradis Farm and Resort at Brgy. Castillo Padre Garcia, Batangas, and was attended by 155 participants with the collaboration of the Branch Banking Group and the Inclusive Finance Group.
The main objective of the training was to teach participants the fundamentals of selling skills, focusing on understanding client personas, finding solutions to problems, and providing tools and techniques for selling products and services. The training emphasized building confidence in initiating contact with potential clients and achieving key performance indicators. The training delivery relied on experiential learning methods, incorporating principles of adult learning. The sessions were highly interactive and participatory, utilizing various structured learning exercises (SLEs) and team-building activities.
The Sales Bootcamp was an outstanding success, delivering valuable knowledge and an enjoyable experience for all attendees.
