For the first time in the history of Bangko Kabayan, the bank conducted its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting via video conferencing last May 13, 2020. There were 20.89% stockholders who attended the said conference in person while 76.11% are by proxy, representing a total of 96.99% of stockholders in attendance. Also present were members of the BK Board of Directors and its top management.
The bank also recognized the top branch performers of previous year. Atimonan Branch hailed as the overall winner for the year 2019. The event ended with an election of the new set of Board of Directors. The newly elected Board of Directors of Bangko Kabayan are: Maria Teresa Ganzon (Chairman), Francis Ganzon, Alan John Tantoco, Beatriz B. Romulo, Teodoro Panganiban, Romulo Kagalingan, Norberto Belen and Carlos Valarao.
