Bangko Kabayan Culture & Synergy Building 2023

In line with the mission to grow as a value-driven organization committing itself to its core values of belief in Divine Providence, integrity, service excellence, unity, and commitment to community development (BISUC), the Bangko Kabayan (BK) management came up with a Culture Development Program,  a culture-driven initiative to enhance personal effectiveness and team synergy among BK personnel in their respective departments and branches and to have the most meaningful and rewarding learning experience. This two-day seminar workshop, formerly known as Koinonia, contains the combined elements of spiritual retreat, values formation, and team building to strengthen the BK's Culture of Sharing.

 

The program is composed of several activities that involve interactive discussions, presentations, and activities that would enhance the team's understanding of BISUC core values, their importance and relevance to their work, and how they can apply it in their daily lives.

 

 

The goal of the program is to help the participants develop their personal and interpersonal skills, as well as to create an environment of trust and cooperation among the members of the BK family. The program also serves as an avenue for the participants to share their experiences, learn from others, and gain insights from the talks. 

 

Through the Culture Development Program, the BK family is able to deepen their understanding of BISUC core values, strengthen team spirit, and foster trust and collaboration among its members. This would be the foundation for a more unified and effective BK organization.

 

The program ran over the weekends of October 2022 to February 2023 in Lipa City and Tagaytay City.
