The annual Farmer’s Day for Ibaeño farmers was once again organized by the local government of Ibaan last November 24, 2022 at the Recto Gymnasium, Ibaan Batangas. This aims to support and strengthen the agricultural sector in the municipality. The event also honors farmers and those in the agricultural industry, to recognize their hard work and dedication in providing food and other products to its community.
Farmer’s day introduced local products which featured the agricultural products from farms in the town of Ibaan. Through a representative from the Regional Field Office IV-A, the Department of Agriculture presented their programs for the year 2023 that will definitely benefit the Ibaeño farmers.
Several institutions like Bangko Kabayan participated in the said event to offer their products and services which may help them to grow and improve their businesses.
In addition, the Ibaan LGU has prepared games and entertainment under the leadership of the Ibaan Municipal Agriculture Office to cheer up the Ibaeño farmers who have invaluable contributions to the continued development of the town.
