The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has created a global health crisis and deeply affected the way we perceive the world and our everyday lives. It caused anxiety and other emotional burdens.

With this turn of event, Bangko Kabayan (BK), through the initiative of its management, conducted an Online Growth Session to its employees to uplift everyone’s morale. Such activity aims to mold fulfilled and holistic individuals during this difficult time. The two-part session was facilitated by Mr. Mimo Perez and Atty. Aubrey Perez via video conferencing through Zoom platform last May 29-30, 2020.

Employees were truly grateful to BK management for continuously providing actions in line with the new challenges we are facing today.

Once again, Bangko Kabayan has proven that “Ang tunay na Kabayan, walang iwanan!”
