The largest real estate and housing event in Batangas Province, the Batangas Housing Expo 2025, took place successfully from January 13 to 19, 2025, at The Outlets in Lima Park, Lipa City. Organized by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Lipa City, in partnership with the local government of Lipa City and the provincial government of Batangas, the event brought together key players in the real estate sector.
The expo featured a diverse lineup of developers, real estate professionals, government agencies, NGOs, and financial institutions. It aimed to educate housing end-users by offering exclusive deals for Lipeños and Batangueños and providing valuable insights on real estate investments and the homeownership process.
