REV UP: 2022 Sales Kick-Off

Bangko Kabayan Inc. held its Annual Sales Kick-Off with the theme of Rev Up last March 5, 2022. “Rev Up” is anchored on the bank’s goal to actively push its strategic directions towards digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational development to accelerate its success. It was the second time that Sales Kick-Off was conducted virtually and attended by the employees, the management, and the Board of Directors. The event was facilitated by the Leadership Management Training Program (LMTP) Batch 12.

President and CEO Beatriz B. Romulo gave her opening remarks and congratulated the BK Family for a job well done in 2021. After that, the introduction of new employees took place.

The guest speaker, Ms. Tricia Santiago, a personal and empowerment coach, shared an inspirational and motivational message relevant to everyday work at the bank. Also part of the program is an intermission number from selected employees and an ice breaker game.

The event’s main highlights were the Strategic Plan of BK, the Branch Targets, and Branch Awarding. Strategic Plan was presented by Ms. Cherry Lou Benedicto, Corporate Planning Head, while the Branch Targets were presented by Branch Banking Group Head - Mr. Rey Orense. Ms. Maria Fides Ganzon- Ofrecio announced branch awardees with the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Leandro Ofrecio. Pagsanjan Branch hailed as the 2021 Best Branch, followed by Tiaong, Lipa, and Cuenca.

The program was ended by closing remarks from Mr. Larry T. Ocampo, Chairman of the Board. And he finishes his remarks with this inspiring statement:
